Payment is requested at time of purchase and prices shown are in (£'s) sterling. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time.



Due to the nature of our products, we do not guarantee any of our products or the information provided on our website and/or social media. The information on our candle etiquette guide page is for guidance only, however we do strongly advise you read these carefully to ensure you get the best from your products. We cannot and will not accept any responsibility for any misuse of our products. Ultimate responsibility remains with the consumer for safe operations of candles and products. We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, or the performance of the products.



The Candle Etiquette section of this website forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Luve Lumière. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you accept that the information contained within the Candle Etiquette section has been read properly, understood and followed correctly. Additionally you agree to follow the safety instructions indicated on the card included in each Luve Lumiere product. Luve Lumière are not liable to any party in contract, tort or negligence for death, personal injury, damage, claim, loss or expenses (for example data, reputation, revenue, profit, business or contacts). Luve Lumiere cannot be held responsible for any candle accessories purchased from third party companies, such as melt burners, candle plates, or lighting equipment.



All products are described as accurately as possible with concise detailing on the relevant product page. Our products are bespoke and handmade to order therefore you may find slight variations. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at any time.



We may take images of items that you have purchased and these images may be published on the website to showcase our designs. All images remain our copyright.



Any mistakes made by the buyer can be rectified providing you contact us within the hour after you place your order. Any mistakes made by us will be rectified free of charge providing proof of error, but must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving goods. If you need to make any changes to your order once you have placed it, please email us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate any alterations before it is processed. However we are unable to make any changes once your order has been processed and the timing of this depends on our turnaround time at the time of order.



At Luve Lumière every product is carefully checked to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to despatch. If you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours. You may contact us via the contact form or email [email protected] Please ensure that you provide your order reference number and suitable contact details for you. In addition, it is very important you submit supporting photographic evidence of any problems. On delivery should your parcel be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from Royal mail or any other courier that we may use.



We are happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where Luve Lumière is considered at fault, within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle safety instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

You must pay the return postal cost. Also, we strongly advise you use a "signed for" service to guarantee proof of delivery back into our premises. We will not refund any items lost in the post or not delivered to us. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped, it is your responsibility to ensure returned items are resalable.

Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.



We reserve the right to update and make alterations to these terms at any time to ensure we keep updated with current policy and legislation. By using our website you accept that you will be responsible for ensuring you stay updated with any changes to our Terms & Conditions. We keep these Terms & Conditions under regular review, and they were last updated in March 2020.
