We are proud to use natural coconut & rapeseed wax. Please be aware it is perfectly normal for candles to have a slightly uneven texture on the surface which can be noticable once your candle has burned and re-set. This authenticates that the candle is made using a natural wax and is perfectly normal behavior for natural waxes. We made a conscious decision not to add paraffin to our candles, because we did not want to take away from the properties of this premium, vegan and natural wax.
To get the most out of your Luve Lumière candle, please follow the following guide and important safety precautions:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface.
It is important for you take all of the above into consideration to get the best from your Luve Lumiere candle. As with all our products please ensure you use them in a safe and responsible way. Luve Lumiere cannot be held responsible for lack of proper care. If you have any questions please email us [email protected]
How does a reed diffuser work?
The diffuser liquid is made up of aromatic fragrances derived from raw materials. When the reeds are placed into the liquid, the oil is drawn up through microscopic channels which run along the entire length of the reed. The scent is then naturally dispersed into the atmosphere through evaporation. It will take around 24-48 hours for complete scent diffusion to occur, depending on the size of the room.
How long will my diffuser last?
On average a reed diffuser should last from 3 to up to 6 months (depending on use) but this will depend on many factors including the fragrance, type & number of reeds used, position of the diffuser in the home and seasonal temperature variations. You will find that diffusion slows down in cooler environments and increases with ambient temperatures in summer. It can also vary in each room depending on air circulation. If you find your diffuser is diffusing too quickly, simply reduce the number of reeds in the glass.
